Request Data Deletion
For Robot GO!, Momodoku, Potion Sort, Knock Fest and Slide Fest, from Hypercube Games, LLC · Effective date: October 8, 2026
The short version: our games have no accounts and no servers of ours. Everything you build up lives on your device, and each app can erase all of it from its own Settings screen — no request needed, no waiting.
Robot GO! — delete from inside the app
This is the fastest and most complete option, and it takes effect immediately.
- Open Robot GO!.
- Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.
- Tap Delete My Data.
- Confirm when prompted. This cannot be undone.
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Puzzle progress, completed levels, chapter position | Erased from your device immediately |
| Settings, hints, hearts, streaks, daily-challenge history | Erased from your device immediately |
| Anonymous analytics identifier | Discarded and replaced with a new random one, so past activity can no longer be associated with your device |
| Advertising consent | Withdrawn — ads are served non-personalized from that point on. In the EEA and UK the consent form is reset and shown again next launch |
| "Remove Ads" purchase | Kept. This is held by Apple or Google against your store account, not by us, so that you can restore a purchase you paid for. See below |
Momodoku — delete from inside the app
- Open Momodoku.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Reset progress.
- Confirm when prompted. This cannot be undone.
This erases your puzzle progress, streaks, race standing, and power-up charges from your device, and (from version 1.3) replaces the anonymous analytics identifier with a new random one. Your sound and haptics settings and your privacy choices are kept. Momodoku has no in-app purchases, so there is no purchase record to keep. To clear the advertising identifier held by our ad partners, reset it in your device settings as described below.
Potion Sort — delete from inside the app
- Open Potion Sort.
- Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the home screen to open Settings.
- Tap Delete My Data.
- Confirm when prompted. This cannot be undone.
This erases your level progress, coins, boosters, and settings from your device, discards the anonymous analytics identifier, and resets your advertising consent. A "Remove Ads" purchase is kept by Apple or Google and comes back with Settings → Restore Purchases. Delete My Data is in version 1.0.2 and later; in earlier versions, uninstall the app instead (below).
Knock Fest — delete from inside the app
- Open Knock Fest.
- Tap the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Delete My Data.
- Confirm when prompted. This cannot be undone.
This erases your level progress, coins, lives, boosters, and settings from your device, discards the anonymous analytics identifier, and resets your advertising consent. Your "Do Not Sell or Share" choice is kept. Coins you bought cannot be restored once your data is deleted. A "Remove Ads" purchase is kept by Google Play and comes back with Settings → Restore Purchases.
Slide Fest — delete from inside the app
- Open Slide Fest.
- Tap the Shop tab at the bottom-left of the home screen, then tap PRIVACY at the bottom of the Shop. (During a level, the pause menu has the same PRIVACY button.)
- Tap Delete My Data.
- Confirm when prompted. This cannot be undone.
This erases your level progress, coins, hearts, boosters, event progress, and settings from your device, discards the anonymous analytics identifier, and resets your advertising consent. Coins you bought cannot be restored once your data is deleted. A "Remove Ads" purchase is kept by Apple or Google and comes back with Restore Purchases in the Shop.
Or just uninstall
For any of our games, deleting the app from your device removes everything it saved. Because none of it is stored on our servers, uninstalling erases your progress along with it.
What we keep, and for how long
We hold no accounts, no names, no email addresses, and no profiles. There is nothing on our side keyed to you as a person to delete.
Two things are outside our control and worth knowing about:
- Your purchase record (Robot GO!, Potion Sort, Knock Fest and Slide Fest). If you bought "Remove Ads," Apple or Google records that against your store account so it can be restored on a new device. We can't delete that, and deleting it would cost you the purchase. To remove a purchase record, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support.
- Advertising identifiers. Our advertising partners hold the device advertising ID under their own retention policies. You can reset or clear that identifier yourself at any time — on iOS via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, on Android via Settings → Google → Ads. Their policies: Google, Meta, Unity, Adjust, RevenueCat.
Robot GO! records anonymous gameplay events (for example "level 12 completed") under a random identifier held by our analytics provider, Amplitude, under their retention policy. These events are not linked to your identity, and using Delete My Data replaces that identifier so earlier events can no longer be tied to your device. Potion Sort (version 1.0.2 and later) does the same, and its Delete My Data replaces the identifier too. Knock Fest and Slide Fest do the same with their Delete My Data, and Momodoku (version 1.3 and later) does the same with Settings → Reset progress.
Ask us to do it instead
If you can't reach the in-app control — for example you have already uninstalled the app — email us and we'll handle it:
Tell us which game you're writing about (Robot GO!, Momodoku, Potion Sort or Knock Fest). We reply within 30 days, and sooner where the law requires it. This is also the address to use for access or deletion requests under the GDPR or CCPA.
